The 2012 Springtime Expo will be held May 3, 2012 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Halls A & B. Join us for the largest one-day, premier meetings industry event as an exhibitor and watch your association and non-profit meeting professionals client list grow! This is a great opportunity to visit with current and existing customers, as well as creating new relationships with prospects.
Changes For 2012
- Different Halls- We will be returning to Halls A & B on the lower level
- Lounges down the center aisle are back to give you more opportunities for added exposure
- Springtime Unplugged will now take place immediately following the Springtime Expo at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center
2012 Booth Rates:
- Shared booth cost per company (member/non-member): $2,520 / $3,020
- 10x10 inline booth (member/non-member): $3,695 / $4,195
- 10x10 corner booth (member/non-member): $4,045 / $4,545
- *20x20 Island booth — PLAZA — (member/non-member): $17,980 / $18,480
- *20x30 Island booth — PAVILION — (member/non-member): $28,170 / $28,670
*Plaza and pavilion holders in 2011 have first right of purchase for these areas in 2012. If you are interested in one of these areas but did not hold one in 2011, email the ASAE Exhibits Team so that you can be placed on the wait list for 2013.
