Springtime Registration Policies
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by April 12, 2012. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $20 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after April 12, 2012. Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at registration@asaecenter.org. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Substitution Policy
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ASAE's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Confirmation
You will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from ASAE. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact the Member Service Center at service@ asaecenter.org
